Moldova Сyber Community stands for the name of the national Portal which is simultaneously an international information source about Moldavian Republic in the Global network Internet. The operator of the portal is "MEGADAT.COM S.R.L." Company.

Moldova.CC - is the official abbreviation and the registered trade mark, belonging to "MEGADAT.COM S.R.L." Company. See Logo.

The Portal is available at the official registered addresses: http://www.mcc.md, http://www.moldovacc.md, http://www.moldovacc.com and http://www.moldova.cc.

The definition "national" means that the Portal uses only Moldavian information resources and information about Moldova. Exclusive right to become a member of the Moldova Cyber Community belongs to citizens, residents of the Republic of Moldova.

Portal Moldova.CC is also an international, electronic and information-commercial center, developed and opened in the Internet and available for all Internet users worldwide. The Portal contains information of a diverse character, news and advertisements. Members of the Moldova Cyber Community are offered a range of services both chargeable and free of charge such as e-mail, personal www-pages or sites hosting, news publishing and news subscription, search among informational channels of Moldova and a number of other services.

The aim of the Portal is to unit Internet user of Moldova into the integral information space, to provide promotion to Moldavian Republic and to incentive creation of the positive image of Moldova in the world community.

Within the framework of the Portal there will be opened an International e-commerce Center in order to stimulate national economy development and to promote export of the Moldavian goods and services.

The first Beta-version of the Portal was presented at the Cominfo Moldova 2000 exhibition on the 5th of April, 2000. The commercial operation of The Portal will consider the common opinion of the community members.

Democracy principles determine the concept of the Community formation. Each member of the Cyber Community is a rightful participant in the process of the Portal development.
